		<description>Thanks for the kind words on the site. It&#039;s always surprising how long it can take to talk an end user through the process of opening up a command prompt and typing in ipconfig /all.

The people I work alongside have started a competition to see who can come up with the best phonetics to spell ipconfig.

		<description>I guess when using an OS that is catering to the masses you have to dumb down the front end so more people can use it.  My mum can use Windows but when I ask her to start a command prompt she suddenly goes all funny and forgets what a keyboard is ...

When I stared using a computer I had MSDOS 6.x - good old commands, typing, and all that fun.

I feel old ...
